I am a political scientist studying the political implications of the digital transformation. In the past years, I have been particularly interested in German Internet policy. For my book “Netzpolitik - Genese eines Politikfeldes” I studied the actors, structures and discourses of this new field of policy. Currently I am working on issues relating to surveillance and the regulation of digital platforms. My methodological focus is on text mining.
